Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Season Color Quiz (the “quiz”, “we”) collects when you use seasoncolorquiz.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and collect as little as we can.
Who is responsible
The quiz is run by Vadym Ktrychian, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Kyiv, Ukraine. He is the data controller. You can reach us through the contact form; we reply to the email you leave there.
What we collect
- Quiz answers. Your answers are scored in your browser. We do not store your individual answers. If you leave your email, we store the result they led to (for example “Soft Autumn”) and what you said you want help with.
- Email address, only if you type it in: on the “Save your result” screen, when you claim your guide, or in the contact form.
- Feedback, only if you send it: your star rating, comment, optional first name and email, answers to the short questions (including whether you have clothes you rarely wear) and whether we may quote your first name.
- Contact messages: your email, the topic and your message.
- Technical details sent with a form: the guide plan you picked, the page or campaign that referred you (for example “utm_source=tiktok”), your country as worked out from your IP address, and your browser type. We do not store your IP address itself.
- Anonymous usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics: which pages of the quiz are viewed, referrer, country, device and browser type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
We do not use advertising trackers, do not set cookies and do not ask for photos.
Why we use it
- To show you your result and give you your guide (because you asked for it).
- To answer your messages and handle requests such as swapping or deleting your guide.
- To email you occasionally about your guide or when the full app launches. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or through the contact form.
- To see which parts of the quiz work and fix the rest (our legitimate interest in improving the product), and to keep the site secure and free from spam.
Legal basis under the GDPR: your consent when you submit your email or feedback, and our legitimate interests for anonymous statistics and security. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts the site, stores form submissions in a private storage area and provides the anonymous statistics.
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) delivers the fonts; your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Payment provider. If paid guides are offered, payment is handled by our payment provider (for example Gumroad). We never see your card details.
Some of these providers are in the USA. Transfers are covered by the providers’ standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or rent your data and do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and submissions until you ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregate form.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, to stop emailing you, or to stop using it for any purpose. Send a request through the contact form using the email you used on the quiz; we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or another country with a data protection authority, you can also complain to it.
Children
The quiz is not meant for anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us their email, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Big changes will be shown on the site.
