These terms apply to seasoncolorquiz.com, the colour quiz and the PDF guides (together, the “service”). The service is run by Vadym Ktrychian, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) in Kyiv, Ukraine. By using it you agree to these terms.

What the service is

The quiz suggests one of 12 colour seasons from your answers, and the guides give colour, makeup, hair and outfit suggestions for that season. It is a self-assessment tool for personal style. It is not professional advice and not a substitute for an in-person colour analysis. Results depend on your answers and lighting, so use your own judgement.

Free launch period and prices

During our launch period the full guide is free. Prices shown on the result page are the prices we plan to charge after launch; you are not charged anything while the guide is free.

Paid guides

When paid guides are available, payment is handled by our payment provider, which may act as the seller of record and apply its own terms and taxes. A guide is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If the guide doesn’t feel right, ask for a refund through the contact form within 7 days of purchase. If your quiz suggested two close seasons, we will swap your guide for the other one for free.

Using the guides

Your guide is for your own personal use. Please don’t resell, republish or share it commercially. The quiz, guides, texts and images belong to us.

Fair use of the site

Don’t send automated or fake submissions, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block traffic that does.

No warranty and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but can’t guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the guide, if any. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without taking away any protection you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
